Q: I JUST found out about MTHFR, what option is right for me?

A: The independent study program will give you the foundation to set you up for success long term no matter what genes you are working with. If you desire the accountability and community, group would be a great choice!

Q: Can I upgrade from group to 1:1 coaching?

A: YES, you would just need to apply to see if it is a good fit. 

 

Q: Are payment plans available?

A: YES! Klarna, afterpay and affirm are the new payment options available for services. This allows you to make payments over 4 weeks and up to 24 months.

 

Q: I have been implementing changes over the years with my health, but am not seeing results. Where should I start?

A: This depends and I would love to connect for a free session to determine what is best for you; self-study, group or 1:1. The reason being often times, we need the reassurance that some of the things we HAVE been doing are beneficial. That it just takes the right combination of things TOGETHER to see the results we are seeking in our health.
